How long does the free trial last?
The trial lasts one week, renewable once by contacting our customer support.
Can I pay for my subscription in instalments?
No, unfortunately it's not possible to pay for your subscription in instalments. The annual plan offers a 50% discount on the monthly plan, but in exchange for this advantageous rate, a one-off payment in advance is required. The same applies to the Quarterly plan.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, upward modifications (upgrading, adding licenses) take effect immediately, and you only pay the difference between your current subscription and this new purchase, in proportion to the time remaining before the next renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the term by deactivating automatic renewal. You'll retain all the features of your plan until the end of the paid period.
What is the Business subscription for?
The Business Plan allows you to prospect both on LinkedIn and by email. This new multi-channel prospecting method will double the success of your campaigns and enable you to generate significantly more responses from your leads.
How much does a Team plan cost?
The team plan lets you manage all your accounts from the same interface, with a single invoice. The total price of the Team plan corresponds to the base price multiplied by the number of seats in your team. The entire team must be on the same subscription frequency.
How much does email finder cost?
Email finder credits are included every month for all our users according to their subscription level (1 credit = 1 enriched pro email). You have the option of purchasing an additional credit plan if you need one, at a sliding scale according to the size of the credit plan chosen.
What's Inbox for?
It's an additional option that allows you to manage your LinkedIn conversations more efficiently, with recorded responses (to answer recurring questions more quickly), schedule automatic follow-up, program a reminder on a conversation to deal with it later, but also tag your prospects and filter with these tags.
