What are the different Waalaxy subscriptions?

At Waalaxy, we offer several subscriptions to suit your needs. We detail the different Waalaxy subscriptions in this article so you can make the choice that's right for you! 😁

Before anything else, take into account that for the licenses presented, one Waalaxy license = one LinkedIn account. 🚨

You therefore need to take out as many Waalaxy subscriptions as LinkedIn accounts.

With Waalaxy's Team system, you can manage licenses for different LinkedIn accounts from a single Waalaxy account!

Waalaxy trial period

When you start using Waalaxy, you benefit from a 7-day trial period on the most comprehensive Waalaxy subscription, the Business version.

This week allows you to fully test the tool. This will give you an idea of the features you need to choose between the different Waalaxy subscriptions and find the one that's right for you.

Freemium subscription on Waalaxy

In order to guarantee you continuous access to your prospect lists and campaign results, we have set up the Freemium plan. However, it shouldn't be seen as a plan in its own right: it's more a proof of operation, and access to the application.

Its functionalities are very limited: you benefit from 3 quotas per day and per action.

Advanced subscription on Waalaxy

• Features: Access to all LinkedIn sequences, CRM synchronization and auto-import.

The advanced subscription gives you access to all possible functionalities on the LinkedIn social network. You benefit from access to complete Waalaxy sequences including several steps, or auto-import to skip redundant steps.

This feature lets you sequence actions (profile visit, profile follow-up, connection request, message) with each other according to certain deadlines and conditions, all in a fully automated way.

The auto-import feature enables you to automatically launch a prospect in the sequence of your choice, based on a condition they meet (you send a connection request, visit your profile, comment on your post, are part of your search saved on).

This extremely powerful feature enables you, for example, to automatically accept the invitation requests you receive while sending a welcome message. To give you an idea of the possibilities, here's a tutorial video for launching prospects commenting on a post in an advanced sequence.

CRM synchronization lets you send prospect information you've imported into Waalaxy, directly into your customer file 👌.

Pro subscription on Waalaxy

The Pro subscription gives you access to the same features as the Advanced plan, but with reduced invitation quotas.

Business subscription on Waalaxy

• Features: Multi-channel access and email enrichment.

The Business subscription is the one you have access to during your trial period. You get all the benefits of our previous Waalaxy subscriptions, and even more! 🚀

What is Waalaxy's Multi Channel feature?

Multi-channel sequences let you create the action sequences of your choice, on the network of your choice.

This feature allows you to sequence actions (LinkedIn action, email, CRM integration, etc.) together according to certain deadlines and conditions, all in a fully automated way.

Email enrichment is performed via Dropcontact (included in your subscription). Thanks to this enrichment, you can obtain qualified e-mails for quality cold emailing.

The Waalaxy Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise/Custom plan is the ultimate plan on Waalaxy: the one with the most features and flexibility for large teams or agencies that need a team workspace for 5 or more seats (you can import from multiple accounts and easily increase the size of the team).

In addition to the features included in the Business plan, you get:

• 10,000 Email Finder credits for email enrichment,

• A Sales Navigator license,

• Personalized coaching.

• Volume discounts.

Coaching is divided as follows:

• One hour of onboarding upon subscription to introduce you to the tool, define your goals, and share best practices.

• Half an hour of coaching every quarter to review your progress.

Team subscription on Waalaxy

This feature lets you take out the subscription of your choice (Advanced, Business) for the number of people you want. You'll pay in one go for several people.

You can add, replace or remove company members at any time.

Features :

• View other team members,

• Add/remove team members,

• Update team member permissions,

• Access to team members' Waalaxy interfaces,

• Export leads from LinkedIn to one of the team's Waalaxy interfaces,

• Management of duplicates between team members.

It is the owner, the Captain, who can initially grant permissions to each team member:

1 subscription = 1 seat.

You must take the same Waalaxy subscriptions for all members. You cannot have 1 Business membership and 1 Advanced membership on the same team.
